繼對八仙樂園等3家公司提假扣押獲法院裁准後，新北市政府昨（6）日又對「八仙樂園」負責人陳柏廷、「瑞博國際」周宏瑋及「玩色」呂忠吉等3公司負責人名下財產提出假扣押聲請。針對新北市府連日動作，八仙樂園及萬海航運昨日也發布聲明，分別表示先前承諾的1億元公益信託基金已完成籌組，新北市拒收的萬海5,000萬元捐款則轉交衛福部賑災專戶。
新北市府法制局長黃怡騰表示，對陳柏廷等人動產及不動產名下財產，包括股權、股票、存款等，都是市府聲請假扣押的標的，陳柏廷除了與八仙公司共有土地75筆及建物5筆外，未來聲請經法院裁准後還能查閱其他動產等資料，並在最短時間向法院聲請向銀行等相關單位進行查扣。
另外，新北市府也指出，目前已搜集205份傷患委託書，為將來團體訴訟準備。
黃怡騰表示，之前市府對3家公司聲請假扣押，未必有法律責任上的判定，只是保全未來的強制執行，但八仙不肯且認為不應負責所提出抗辯說法，讓市府深感意外及讓人感慨，因此市府才會對負責人提出假扣押聲請。
